This is the second instance of Afghan forces waging cross-border combat this week.
Another instance of cross-border assault occurred on Thursday when Afghan soldiers fired mortar bombs into Pakistan at the Chaman border crossing, killing one civilian and injuring 12 others.
In Kali Musa, close to the border, Afghan forces started firing heavy weapons freely and unjustified on the civilian populations.
Pakistan’s military forces responded to the cross-border aggression.
According to paramilitary Levies officers, at least 12 individuals were hurt, including two women and children.
According to them, the injured were taken to the hospital serving the district headquarters (DHQ).
One further civilian death has been confirmed by the deputy commissioner.
According to Levies officials, several shell casings were also discovered on the homes’ rooftops.
This is the second instance of Afghan forces conducting cross-border violence this week.
